The GST 43 connects to a Nexus system by cutting and wiring its cable, or to a modern NMEA 2000 network using a GST 10 adapter. It fits metal and fibreglass hulls from 6 to 42 mm thick through a 43 mm hole and is supplied with a 6 m (19.7 ft) cable. Water speed must be calibrated before use.
