It reports speed, depth, log and sea temperature, with configurable alarms, and the large keys make it easy to use at sea. The i40 shares the same footprint and fixing as the older ST40 instrument and is SeaTalk compatible with a built-in transducer interface, so it can also join a SeaTalkng or NMEA network through a converter.
