Less than a week to go until Southampton International Boat Show! As Britain’s largest festival of boating and water sports, this is a ‘cannot miss’ day out for anyone who enjoys spending time in and on the water. The show opens on the 13th September and is there until the 22nd at Mayflower Park. This will be the 55th edition of this festival of all things leisure marine and has something for everyone - From serious boat buyers to water sports enthusiasts!

Since 2006, Sonihull has been developing industry-leading ultrasound technology that safely prevents unwanted barnacles and mollusks from colonising hard surfaces. Anyone a Below Deck fan? You’ll likely recognise the faces of Captain Glen Shephard and Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher! There are meet-and-greets as well as cocktail masterclasses to keep you entertained. If 90’s hangover music is your vibe, then don’t miss the show’s official opening party, hosted by DJ legend Chris Moyles, at the show’s first ever late night Saturday. You might also be interested to know that the skies will be patrolled by Rufus the Hawk - Famous for keeping birds off the courts at Wimbledon, Rufus will instead be keeping those seagulls in check.
