As an authorised dealer for the world's leading marine electronics brands, every product we sell is covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, and our own certified engineers are on hand for registration, extended cover, servicing and repairs. Based at Mercury Yacht Harbour on the Hamble, we support what we sell long after it leaves the showroom.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every product we sell is a genuine UK-supplied unit carrying the manufacturer's standard warranty. Register your product promptly after purchase — many brands, including Raymarine, extend your cover when you register within their registration window.

Extended Cover

On eligible B&G, Simrad, Lowrance and Navico products you can add up to three extra years of manufacturer-backed cover, chosen on the product page. For extended cover on Raymarine equipment, talk to our team and we will quote you before you commit.

Repairs & Servicing

Our in-house workshop diagnoses, services and repairs marine electronics both in and out of warranty. Our engineers are certified by the leading manufacturers, and we always confirm a quote with you before any chargeable work begins.

Returns & Support

Something not right? Contact our team with your order number and we'll guide you through returns, warranty replacements and technical support — by phone, by email, or in person at our Hamble showroom.

How to arrange a warranty claim or repair

1. Get in touch

Call us on 023 8045 5129 or email info@hudsonmarine.co.uk with your order number, the product's serial number and a description of the fault.

2. Assessment & quote

Our engineers assess the unit and confirm whether the work is covered under warranty. If it isn't, we provide a repair quote first — nothing is charged without your go-ahead.

3. Repair or replace

We carry out the repair or arrange a manufacturer warranty replacement, test everything thoroughly, and get your kit back to you — and back on the water.
