Oranworth Ltd (T/A Hudson Marine Electronics) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.hudsonmarine.co.uk. Any information collected on this website will only be done with your consent and shall be used for no other purpose than to process your online order. On rare occasions we may need to contact users reference a product recall. 

 

Order Process 

When ordering online the user must give their name, the invoice address, (where the credit or debit card is registered), telephone number, email and delivery address, along with the credit or debit card number, expiry date and security code. This information is used solely for payment, invoicing and dispatch.

Any information you provide is used only for processing your order, we never store credit/debit card details of any customer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

If you are using this site to order goods, certain information is automatically collected so that an order can be tracked and delivered. Warranty Registration 

This will not apply to general web orders but if you chose to have us or another authorised dealer fit and/or commission your equipment, your contact details and boat details (NOT payment details) will be required by the manufacturer to complete any onboard warranty registration.
