Choosing the right Atmos case size
An Atmos case is sized to a specific device or a small range of similar-sized devices, so the first check is the exact model and screen size of the tablet, phone or display going inside it rather than a general size category, since a case that is even a little too large will let the device shift around and put strain on the touchscreen membrane at the corners. IPX rated cases keep out spray and rain but are not all rated for full submersion, so check the specific rating before relying on one in genuinely wet conditions.
Touchscreen sensitivity through the case membrane can vary slightly by device, so it is worth checking this suits how the device is actually used at the helm before committing to a permanent mounting position. A mounting bracket is usually a separate purchase from the case itself, so factor that into the installation rather than assuming it comes included as standard.
