Description
This Quick bow thruster tunnel is 185 mm in diameter and 3000 mm long, made in grp, supplied complete. It suits thrusters with a 185 mm tunnel diameter (BTQ 185 / 185 DP, BT QSY 185, BTH 185 and BT DC-AC 185).
Quick recommends that preparation and positioning of the tunnel in the hull is entrusted to a skilled professional, and the installer bears responsibility for any problems caused by defective installation. The tunnel should sit as deep as possible, at least 0.75 times the tunnel diameter from the waterline, to avoid propeller cavitation (Quick thruster manuals). Check the thruster manual for tunnel length and tube thickness limits for your model.
