Description
The Raymarine A80496 is a short 11-pin to 8-pin adaptor cable. It connects a traditional transducer with an 8-pin CP370-style connector to the 11-pin 1kW transducer connector on an Axiom Pro RVX display, so an existing transducer can stay in use when you upgrade the display. Raymarine also lists it for the 1kW connection on the RVX1000 sonar module and Axiom 2 Pro displays.
Raymarine lists compatible traditional transducers including the P58, P66 and TM258 transom mounts, the P319, B117, B60, B164, B258 and B260 through-hull models, and the P79, M260 and R199 in-hull models. It is not for RealVision 3D or DownVision transducers, which use the 25-pin connector. Raymarine CHIRP transducers with an 11-pin connector, such as the B175, connect directly and don't need this cable.
