Scanstrut has revised its mounting ranges more than once, and a discontinued pole, pod or bracket is often superseded by a similar product with the same thread standard or base fixing, so a replacement can usually be fitted without redrilling. Check the base diameter and bolt pattern of the item you are replacing before assuming a current product will drop straight in, since some ranges changed base sizes between generations even where the pole itself looks similar.
If you are adding a new instrument or antenna to an existing discontinued pole or pod, checking cable entry size and internal routing capacity matters as much as the external fitting, since a pole with limited internal diameter may not accept an additional run. Send us the part number or a photo of the existing mount and we can identify what replaces it.
