ARCO Zeus Omega Alternator Control System - Complete Kit

Zeus Omega from ARCO Marine is a complete alternator control system built around a simple idea: put the intelligence at the source rather than at the end of a long harness. Traditional external regulators run a multi-wire harness up to 30 feet back to a central box, adding wire runs, connection points and installation time. Zeus Omega separates control from drive, so the Control Module mounts near the battery and the Alternator Drive Module mounts directly at the alternator, with one AZ CAN cable between them.

The system works with any externally regulated alternator, with no modifications required. Whether you are running a P-type or N-type alternator, you simply select it in the app. It supports 12, 24, 36 and 48 volt systems, and a single Control Module can manage up to six alternators by adding one Drive Module and one cable per alternator. WiFi and Bluetooth are built into the Control Module for set-up and monitoring from iOS or Android, and the system integrates with Victron DVCC, NMEA 2000, RV-C, CZone and Smart BMS battery systems.

The kit arrives ready to install, with every component pre-terminated and matched from the factory, so there is no stripping, crimping or splicing. It includes the Zeus Omega Control Module, the IP68 epoxy-potted Alternator Drive Module, a 5 m (16 ft) AZ CAN cable, a short power connection for the Control Module, two IP67 fuses with holders and a temperature sensor. Hall effect current sensors for the Drive Module and the Control Module are available separately.
