Description
The Raymarine Evolution cabling kit (R70160) supplies the SeaTalkng parts needed to wire a standard Evolution autopilot system. Per the EV-1 installation instructions (document 87472), the kit consists of one 5-way connector block (A06064), one 3 m spur cable (A06040), one 2 m power cable (A06049) and two backbone terminators (A06031). Together these create a compact SeaTalkng backbone that links the EV-1 or EV-2 sensor, the ACU and a p70s or p70Rs control head, with fused 12 V power feeding the bus. The kit is included in the Evolution system packs and is the right starting point when building a system from separate components. Additional spur cables, T-pieces and backbone lengths are available separately.
