Picking a Raymarine transducer comes down to three things: which display or sonar module you have, which transducer family it accepts, and whether you need an adaptor cable to join them. This guide sets out the Raymarine compatibility listings published in our distributor's 2026 catalogue for AXIOM+ RV, AXIOM 2 RV, AXIOM 2 Pro S and RVM, and the CP100, RVX1000 and RVM1600 sonar modules, with the adaptor cable named for each pairing.

Points to note
- The AXIOM 2 RV transducer list is confirmed by Raymarine's AXIOM 2 installation manual. A 600W conventional transducer needs the A80489 (25-pin to 8-pin) adaptor cable on the AXIOM 2 RV.
- On the AXIOM+ RV, 600W transducers connect via the A80489 (8-pin) or A80488 (7-pin) adaptor cable, depending on the transducer's connector.
- On the AXIOM 2 Pro RVM, 600W transducers connect to the 11-pin 1kW sonar port via the A80496 (11-pin to 8-pin) adaptor, not to the 25-pin RealVision port.
- The AXIOM 2 Pro S is listed with the CPT-S family only, via the A80490 adaptor.
- RealVision MAX 3D transducers (RVM-100 A80703, RVM-400 A80704, RVM-412 T70543 and RVM-420 T70544) are listed for the AXIOM 2 Pro RVM and the RVM1600 module.
- RealVision 3D thru-hull pairs need a 25-pin extension cable (3 m, 5 m or 8 m) plus the A80478 Y-cable on the AXIOM displays.
- Minn Kota: the A62363 Minn Kota adaptor cable connects a Minn Kota trolling motor's built-in (Universal Sonar) transducer to Raymarine 600W sonar, via the A80488 (25-pin to 7-pin) adaptor on AXIOM RV displays. The A62363 is discontinued, so we can't currently supply it. Please ask us about alternatives.
- The CPT-200 SideVision Transom Mount Transducer (A80281) is listed for the CP200 sonar module only, not the CP100. We don't list the CP200, so it isn't in the tables above.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an adaptor cable for my Raymarine transducer?
Often, yes. On AXIOM+ RV and AXIOM 2 RV, CPT-S and CPT-100/110/120 transducers are listed via the A80490 25-pin to 9-pin adaptor, and 600W transducers via the A80489 (8-pin) or, on AXIOM+ RV, the A80488 (7-pin). On the AXIOM 2 Pro RVM, 600W transducers use the 11-pin 1kW port via the A80496. RealVision 3D single transducers plug in directly. The tables above give the cable for each pairing.
My display isn't an RV or RVM model. Which transducers can I use?
For the AXIOM 2 Pro S, the catalogue lists the CPT-S family via the A80490 adaptor. For other models, or if you're adding a sonar module such as the CP100, RVX1000 or RVM1600, see the tables or ask us.
Can I use a 600W transducer on an AXIOM 2 RV?
Yes. Raymarine's AXIOM 2 installation manual confirms that a 600W conventional transducer connects via the A80489 25-pin to 8-pin adaptor cable. The 600W transducers listed are in the transducer-by-transducer table above.
What does "confirm with us" mean?
It means the listing isn't yet confirmed for your exact setup. At the moment that applies to the Minn Kota connection on AXIOM RV displays, which also relies on the discontinued A62363 cable. Please ask us before ordering.
Will you fit the transducer for me?
We supply and advise; we don't fit or install anything. Installation should be carried out by a qualified marine installer, or by you as the boat owner, following the manufacturer's installation instructions.
